Odessa Jacobson

is an insightful, compassionate, and creative pilates instructor. She has been dancing, moving, and exploring bodywork for most of her life. She loves how Pilates can make exercise adaptive, engaging, and fun. In her own life, Odessa uses Pilates to provide structure to help her progressively get stronger. She also uses Pilates to help her navigate living with hypermobility and chronic pain. She wishes to share the unique joy, hope, empowerment, and long-term support that Pilates can help provide.

Odessa completed the Kane School of Core Integration’s Comprehensive Pilates Training Program, which includes Mat, Reformer, Barrel, Cadillac, and Chair. Through her full-time teaching schedule, she has experience in supporting people with/in: Hypermobility (along the spectrum), EDS, beginners, post-partum, pregnancy, joint pain, neck pain/stiffness, and more. In her sessions, Odessa will meet you where you are, respond to your realities, and introduce some satisfying, accessible exercises. She will help you experience your body in new and exciting ways. Just as she is skilled in working with people navigating difficulty exercising, she also loves challenging experienced movers with flowing fiery exercise. All are welcome.
