Types of Classes:

  • Private 60-min sessions
  • Semi-private 60-min sessions
  • Circuit 50-min classes
  • Mat 50-min classes

Private: One student with a trainer. If you like personal attention then privates are for you, or it can simply be a great way to get started. Your trainer will work with you to educate you about your body and to accomplish specific goals.

Semi-private: Two students with one trainer. Designed to give personal attention at a reduced cost. It's the buddy system with a coach. Sign up with a friend or we will look for an appropriate partner for your level.


Reformer Plus Classes:
Four students with one trainer working on all Pilates machines. Students must be ready for a quick-paced, challenging workout. Registration and permission from instructor required. Register now, classes fill up fast!

Mat Classes:

Kick Your Booty Mat with Jenny (Monday, 9:10 am)
A full body "kick your booty" Pilates work-out, strengthening and toning the entire body with the use of a variety of props like the magic circle, weights, TheraBands, and the roller. Tough Love is what this class is all about, one-on-one attention, combining a challenging workout with hands-on stretching. Whatever your level, you will leave this class feeling stronger, leaner, and longer.

Pilates Mat Essentials with Philippa (Monday, 7:00 pm)
An ideal class for anyone new to Pilates or those who want to add variety to their workout regimen, this "classic Pilates" class is a throwback to Joseph Pilates' original "contrology" concept, focusing on strict form and proper technique to build core strength and endurance. It provides the building blocks for any and all further Pilates training. Kind of like learning grammar and punctuation before you can write books.

Streamline Sculpt with Diana (Wednesday, 8:00 am)
For those ready for the most intense hour of their lives, Streamline Sculpt is a rigorous strengthening class that infuses Pilates, yoga, and the Lotte Berk technique, all of which leaves you joyously wobbly legged. With her extensive background in professional dance and fitness, Diana helps students push through physical boundaries in a supportive atmosphere.

Pilates Mat for Strength & Balance w/ Amber (Wednesday, 7:15 pm)
Hitting your body from a variety of angles, this Pilates-centric exercise class challenges you in unexpected ways, helping you develop strength, balance and coordination by isolating and developing muscles and tendons you probably didn't even know you had. In his book on Contrology, Joseph Pilates wrote: "A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion." An apt description of this class.

Cardio Props with Alice (Friday, 7:30 am)
Burn calories and build stamina in this heart-pounding mat routine that tones your muscles, stretches your limbs, and builds your core. By exercising at a brisk pace with several props that provide resistance, including weights, Therebands and balls, you work up a sweat while increasing your overall strength and flexibility.

Mat Energizer with Rebecca (Saturday, 10:00 am & 11:00 am)
Start your Saturday with a mat workout that leaves you feeling energized the entire weekend. A focus on breathing and stretching relaxes your body while improving alignment and strengthening. As Joseph Pilates said at 85: "Never an aspirin. Never injured a day in my life. The whole country, the whole world, should be doing my exercises. They'd be happier." So will you.
