Private: One student with a trainer. This is a great way to get started. You will learn exactly what Pilates is all about and what it feels like for your body. If you like personal attention this class is for you. Your trainer will work with you to educate you about your body and to accomplish your specific goals.
Semi-private: Two students with one trainer. Designed to give personal attention at a reduced cost. It's the buddy system with a coach. Sign up with a friend or you will be matched with and appropriate partner for your level.
Circuit: Four students with one trainer working on all Pilates' machines. Students must be ready for a quick paced and challenging workout. Registration and permission from instructor is required. Register now, classes fill up fast!
Reformer Challenge: Four students with one trainer working solely on the Reformer, one of Pilates' main machines. Students must be ready for a quick paced and challenging workout. Registration and permission from instructor is required. Register now, classes fill up fast!
Mat: Mat is the foundation of the Pilates Method. No equipment is used except that of your own body weight. The emphasis is on building core strength and control.
Magic Circle: Advanced version of the mat class using the torturous "magic circle". If you think you've been working hard, think again.
**There are also specialized Mat classes for new mothers.
Cardiovascular Training
At Streamline we utilize Pilates principles to further fitness goals of weight loss and cardiovascular conditioning. Equipment includes the treadmill and bicycle.

Mommy and Me: A Pilates mat class geared for the new mothers who want to get back into shape. It is excellent for abdominal conditioning. Babies aged six weeks to crawling are invited to come sleep, eat, interact and enjoy their mothers.
